Lash Company respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the "Lash for Maintenance" app (for ATM maintenance technicians) collects, and how we use and protect it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: name and email, used to sign in and authenticate the technician.
• Location data (including in the background): we collect the technician's device location — including while the app is in the background or not in active use — only while a maintenance order/mission is active, to give the company and its clients (banks) live tracking of the technician's arrival at the ATM site. Collection stops automatically once the order is completed.
• Photos: images captured by camera or chosen from the gallery to document the ATM before and after service, uploaded with the location coordinates at capture time.
• Notification identifier (FCM): a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token used to send order and message notifications.
• Technical data: basic device information and usage logs for operation and security.

2. How We Use Data

• Assign, track and document maintenance orders.
• Provide live technician-location tracking during an active order.
• Send work-related notifications and messages.
• Improve service quality and security.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share order-execution data (including location and photos) with Lash Company and its bank / financial-institution clients for whom the maintenance is performed. We use Google Firebase only to deliver notifications. Data is not shared with other parties except as required by law.

4. Retention & Security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and apply reasonable security measures (encrypted token storage, secure HTTPS).

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data / account by contacting us using the details below.

6. Children

The app is intended for professional technicians, not for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; changes are posted on this page with an updated date.
